i've tried static contraction in the past but i believe you get better development with the traditional full range of movement.I have'nt heard about this x rep theory, whats it all about? IP: Logged |

The X rep training routine is explained in detail at Iron mans website in the training section. It deals with always doing 50 reps for each bodypart every time you work out. IP: Logged |

Austine316 you are wrong. X-rep is about holding a weight in the fully contracted position for about 20sec. Its all about time under tension. Im not sure where you got the 50 rep deal from. Give Me 50: is totally different. IP: Logged |
