I really don't think your training should change as drastic as your diet should when cutting up, unless you compete. Do you want to lose size or just get rid of fat? If you want to trim away unwanted fat train heavy and add cardio and a very clean diet to your plan.

I agree. Keep your routine the same. Just change your diet and do cardio for 4-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes. Do not go past 45 minutes. For a fat loss supplement, everyone is saying that MD 6 is da bomb. But when I reach my cutting cycle, I'm going to go with Adipokinetix, Guggulbolic and Triax 2. This is supposed to be a great supplement stack, but MD 6 is a lot cheaper. Good luck. For your diet, I would decrease your calories no lower than 1,700. Keep your daily percentages at Carbs: 50%; Protein: 40% and Fat: 10%. So this should be your daily requirements. Carbs: 213 grams; Protein: 170 grams of protein; Fat: 20 grams. While you're on this diet and you start to feel tired and sluggish. Just Increase the calories. I've found that 1,700 calories isn't enough for me. Usually if I'm on a 8 week cycle, I usually go down to 2,400 calories and during the last 2-4 weeks I start decreasing my calories and daily intake of nutrients. Good luck. Hope this helps.

4% then someone is pulling our chain there is no way any one can maintain a 4%. It is not safe and just plain stupid to be that low all the time. Good luck trying to make any good strength gains! Please list your stats (real ones)so there is no confusion. Because if you that low what else are you looking to trim down? or are you full of crap? please try to keep it real on this board!I take what people say and there advice on this board very seriosly.
