Hi, I been working out heavly for the past two weeks on my abs and I'm semi new to exersising ( heh heh ). I've been running on a treadmill, doing both forward and reverse ab crunches. I also been working on my bicepts and tricepts. I'm 145lbs and skinny and I been cutting back on food ( which is next to nothing as usual ). Is their anything else I'm missing that I should be doing, any techniques for killing fatty cells?

yeah..START EATING. you can be as skinny as you want, and still dont have abs if you dont get your protein.

i recommend 5-7 meals a day, packed with protein. read up on muscle building man. at 145 pounds i dont think you have much fat to loose.

if you dont eat your recommended protein which is 1g per pound of body weight, when you do your cardio on the treadmill, your just detering muscle and burning lean tissue. so remember to eat a good amount of protein. it sounds like you enjoy cardio, i suggest taking glutamine pwder it maintains muscle structure and prevents muscle breakdown during and after cardio( 2g per serving 5 times a day)
