I'm looking to improve my agility and balance on ice/roller skates. I really want to move around like Forsberg, Kariya or Sellanne while on the ice. Any tips or other sports that will help?

Just from personal experience I would say that playing some tennis and maybe some basketball would help with that. another thing you could do if u don't like that is jump rope or sprint lines.

hmmmm, i don't know how experienced you are, so chances are this is going to sound dumb, but you just have to skate everyday. practice going forwards, backwards, forward crossovers, backward crossovers... i dunno, i've played rollerhockey for the past 8-9 years, and i didn't do anything to improve my balance or agility other than skate a heck of a lot.

after all, practice makes perfect, right?
