Diet. Abs come from low BF%. Look at any skinny guy who has never done a set of abs in his life and you will still see a 6 pack. Get the body fat low and the killer abs will come.

Try this diet. 2,200 calories day. 50% carbs, 35% protein, 15% fat. 275 grams of carb a day, 193 grams of protein a day, 37 grams of fat a day. Eat six meals a day and devide those daily numbers by six and calculates how much carbs/protein/fat you should be eating each day.

But those skinny ass guys that never did ab workouts before and have a six pack don't have any muscle to them. I'd rather have a small layer of fat on my stomach and be pretty muscular than have a 6 pack and with no chest muscle and skinny ass arms and legs.

True. Im not saying he should try and become a skinny guy. But if he wants the abs the the bf must be low. Im with you. I would take a little fat and a lot of muscle over Marky Mark look any day.

Leg raises worked for me to work my lower abs.....but they are a pain in the ass after a while. Just a suggestion.

My skinny ass cousin talked up his six pack like he worked hard for it last friday. I asked him where his chest was at, he didn't know what to say. Shut his ass up. I'm lucky as hell though. I'm one of the few people in my family that are naturally built. I don't mean ripped, but I got weight to turn into more muscle.
