Hey, to anyone whos interested, i've decided to lay off EVERYTHING until schools out June 14th. But as soon as June 15th hits i'm gonna be training and eating right like heck!I'm also saving my money to buy more met-rx engineered nutrition packets, i'm obsessed with those, there so freaking good!! so i'm off it now, but i'm going to get back in it in a week and a half and this time i'm gonna do it right and hopefully start seeing some major changes for the better. I'd also like to thank everyone whos replied to my messages, you've all been a huge help. But dont worry, i'll still check out this board everyday like ive been doing, i just though when schools out i'm gonna have a heck of a lot of free time to bodybuild, but this time i'm gonna do it right.

one word of advice for the summer, increase all intake of all nutrients ie. protein, carbs, calories etc. cause you are probaly gonna do a lot of swimming and all that fun stuff so if you are trying to gain mass increase your intake

You should do some of the weightless stuff if you get bored within the next week and a half. Stuff like pushups, and a little running.
