Chill out man. You are 12 years old. Don't get hung up about diet and training. Do a few weight, eat healthly, keep fit and then come back in 4 or 5 years time and think about bodybuilding.

As you will do is fuck yourself up - big time.

I'm 16 and don't go that hard. You'll eventually fill out, just eat right and do simple exercies, nothing heavy. Don't worry about dieting especially at your age. Dieting is a waste of time to me probably because I got a pretty fast metabolism, but I eat right too. Just make sure to take good care of your body and when you get a little older then worry about heavier lifting.

I used think posts like the one that started this one was a joke. Then I realized that most of them are real. On the flex site there is a girl who claimed to be 6 foot tall and only 65 pounds and wanted to know how to train. I don't think it was legit but just in case the only thing you can tell them is to see a doctor and get some nutrients into them fast just in case they are telling the truth!

i personally wouldn't worry about all that stuff if i was 12. just do basic stuff like push ups, pull ups and crunches or sit ups. don't even mess with weights yet, wait a couple years.

i'm 15 and started training seriously about a year ago and trust me, you'll have no problem making any gains especially when you're 15 and 16 years old. you'll see a huge difference in a really short amount of time.

why are you taking creatine when you're 12? dude, you don't need to take creatine when you're 12.

Make sure you get someone to shadow you on
your form and technique.keep those weight and work on your pushups and chins and squats
using your body weight and varying the postions.
