1. Does milk make you fat?
2. Is it ok to have about 6 glasses of milk a day if your looking to gain muscle mass?
3. How many glasses of milk a day do some bodybuilders have?
4. Any other info on milk and bodybuilding? Does milk and bodybuilding make a good connection?

thanks

I believe milk is very healthy for you. I recommend drinking nonfat milk. If you can't handle nonfat milk, drink Milk with 1% of fat (about 2.5 grams per serving). It wouldn't be a good idea to drink milk to get cut. Dairy does have a lot of calories. It would be good to drink milk to gain mass. I recommend no more than 4 servings a day. But if you're on a low budget, you can probably have 6 servings a day. Good luck.

1. Yes it can. Milk is full of sugar.
2. Sure
3. If they are "bulking up" as much as the feel like. While cutting a real bodybuilder will have no milk and no sugar.
4. If you are using milk for protein there are much better ways you can get it.

Go with non fat milk. Whole milk tastes like shit in my opinion.
