i need to know what fats are the best and which to avoid. is it just saturated(bad), mono, polyunsaturates(good)? and lastly, is it true that flaxseed oil contains over 1000 calories per tablespoon, if so, thats fucked!!

If thats true, which I don't think it is, then they're probably empty calories like the kind in beer.

Try Muscle Link's Omega Stack. It has Omega 3's, Omega 6's and Omega 9's. You can purchase a one month supply for $25.99 at www.netrition.com

flax seed oil i think has about 100 calories per tablespoon, not 1000. flax seed is a great source of EFA and i think a tablespoon has about 11-12 grams of fat (good fat). 11g fat = 99 calories.

Flax seed oil is a great source for polyunsaturated fats (Omega 3) and it contains some Omega 6. Monosaturated fats are not bad for you either. Try to avoid, or limit, saturated fats and trans fats.
