heres my day i'm planning for Saturday!! tell me what you think!! remember i'm 12 years old, 75 lbs, 4 foot 10 inches

----------------
*I like to workout in the morning*

6:30 AM- Do 40 minutes on treadmill
7:10 AM- go on stationary bike for 20 minutes
7:30 AM- Have SERIOUSLY intense workout for an hour, my face is always red after i'm done
8:30 AM- take creatine effervesent

Meal 1------10 AM
-----
Vegetable Quiche from the Book "muscle meals"
it has 6 egg whites, milk, Twinlabs vege fuel, and some other stuff

----80 grams of protein (yea, i know its a lot i was amazed)
450 calories

Meal 2----1 PM
-----
MET-RX PRO 50 with 16 oz fat free milk
66 grams of protein
430 calories

Meal 3---4 PM
----------
4 oz chicken breast, 8oz cup fat free milk
-------
42 grams of protein, 250 calories

Meal 4----7PM
--------
8oz can of tuna
Aunt millies whole wheat hamburger bun
1 tablespoon fat free mayo
----
56 grams of protein, 400 calories

Meal 5 before Bed------10 PM
-------
Met-Rx Pro 50 w/ 16oz fat free milk
-----
66 grams of protein, 430 calories

--------------
overall if you count this up it has like 300-320 grams of protein and around 2,000 calories. Is that good for a 12 year old? Is that too many calories? To little calories?? Give me all your opinions!!

if muscle mass is what you are trying to achieve, then you may be doing too much cardio. cardio deters muscle tissue if you do it too much , so cut down on the cardio if muscle mass is what you are aiming for. creatine needs to be loaded up in you system before you work out, not after. my suggestion is to consume 30g a day for the first week to load you body,(this will make you look a little bloated) then approx. 5g a day after that. you will be shocked of you energy gain. another thing you should look into is glutamine powder. This will prevent you from losing muscle tissue during cardio and while you are resting, and it helps with the healing process so you will see gains faster.your routine and eating plans look good but if you really want a indepth opinion, type out a copy of your muscle building routine and get opinions from other pros.lastly be careful you are still young dont over train, there is a chance that you may stunt your growth but dont sweat it, it is very rare.

yea, i've already been on the creatine for about a week now, so i'm done with that but what about the cardio? How much do you think i should cut it down to?
like how many minutes on the treadmill and how many minutes on the stationary bike, i also have a PowerRider, if you dont know what a PowerRider is look at this pic it pretty much explains what it does if you look at the picture..
http://members.aol.com:/mujawba/myhomepage/powerrider

I got that pic off ebay, thats not mine, or my house.

How much cardio do you think i should do to get the most muscle mass??

Also I need more opinions on my Day for saturday!!!

THANKS!!! i'll be waiting for a reply!!

Whatever happened to Saturday morning cartoons? You know... cereal, milk, and cartoons? Why in the world are you trying to build mass at 12 years old?? Is there a famine coming in the near future? Personally, I think you should stay away from resistance excercise and just run, do sit ups, push ups, chin ups, your body weight is enough to encourage growth.

Bruman, you don't even need creatine yet. You haven't been working out long enough to be taking creatine. I recommend to lay off creatine until you're about 16-17 years old. Creatine won't do much for you at this age. Your diet sounds pretty good. If you want to gain muscle mass, you have to lay off all of that cardio. Do cardio 3 times per week for 20 minutes. If you do cardio on your weight training days, do it after your weight training session. 1 hour of cardio is too long. Lee Hany who is a pro bodybuilder that won 8 Mr. Olympias, did no more than 2 sessions of cardio each week, on his off season days. Each cardio session was about 15-20 minutes long. I don't recommend you lift to failure. You should use a moderate weight. At your age you can be damaging your bones from heavy weight. Wait till you're around 16-17, before you lift hard. Believe me, you have plenty of time to get into heavy weights. I would rather wait patiently and just work with moderate weight, instead of going heavy and injurying yourself at an early age. Be safe instead of sorry. A bodybuilding injury never goes away. At your age you're more prone to injury. Weight till you're older and more developed. I believe it will be okay to supplement with a protein powder. You don't really need Pro 50 right now. You should start out with something that is cheaper, but something that is good for you. Like Met-rx Protein Plus protein powder. It has 46 grams of protein, 6 grams of carb, 1 gram of fat, 270 calories and 9 grams of glutamine per serving. And it's 98% lactose free. Check it out. It's cheaper and it will give you the same amount of benefits. If you can get your supplements online, get them at www.netrition.com Good luck little dude. Get big!! "Go huge or go home." The words that Dorian Yates said to me. I met him once after a bodybuilding show. I don't know if he was in it, but I know he was there. This was before I even knew who he was.

----------
How much cardio should I do? None on workout days?? How long on non-workout days??

as to cardo on off days, 30 minutes..tops, and dont push it. between 70-80% of mhr should do it. dont forgett to stretch afterwards.

I have not directly replied to these posts because I seriously doubt his age also. Where does a 12 year old get money for suppliments. Also, the sentences and grammar used in his posts look more educated than a 12 year old.

hey brumans its nobu, sorry i didn't reply i've been away for a bit anyways just here to tell you to do your cardio before your weights and about3 times a week, every other day. this should be enough to keep your physique, without burning muscle. (this worked for me), lastly, again your still soooo young, don't over train your bones and ligaments are still rapidly under developed if you injurethem now you will have your foot up your ass for the rest of your life. if you want my opinion, start working out at around 16 -18 (depending on when you've completed your growth spurt) because thats about when you have the most testosterone swimming inside of you. if you are going to go about your routines, no one can stop you, but i stress this: DON'T OVERTRAIN!!!!!!

Are you looking to stunt your growth kid. They are right, lift light and play a lot of sports. Don't use a bodybuilding diet, just eat healthy and don't eat tons of junk food, in about 2-3 years you can change. Plus, where the hell would a twelve year old get the money to afford that diet

at seventy five pounds eating 300 grams of protein a day your little liver and kidneys are going to explode. Take the advise from the people above, do some pushups or chinups, leave the weight lifting till you hit puberty, when you see hair you'll know, hehehe

Gee, if your only twelve years old, go play video games or something. A little exercise is good for you but thats too much for a 12 yr old. If you really want to grow just eat. start lifting when you 14 or 15, and even then don't hit it too hard.

I am 15 years old 5'7 171lb. I have been watching this board and the anabolic for a long time now. Go to the doctor have him check out your growth plates and see how much space you have between them, thats what I did he said he was sure that I would only grow another half inch so I started lifting heavy. I just finish a sus/d-bol cycle and am going to start a clen/winny cycle in 4 weeks. I am not at all suggesting that you use a/s I am just saying go to a doctor and see what he thinks

"grr...im 12" lol that cracked me up little bro. Listen to the dudes, lay off the creatine, cut back on the protein (300grams/day at your weight/age is way too much) don't lift heavy yet, just stay active, play sports or whatever, pushups/situps etc., eat healthy and you will do fine. Good luck.

And for the guy who is 15 and doing your 2nd cycle...man you are way too young to be doing roids. You can grow naturally, just eat right and exercise smart, you don't need damn roids at your age (think about the long term bro...your only 15)
