this is my goal. i am 14 years old 120lbs i have been lifting for 5 months and this will be my routine for the next 3 months...

monday-push
bench press-3x8-12
incline press-2x8-12
weighted dips-2x8-12
military press-3x8-12
lying tricep press-2x8-12

wedsday-pull
deadlift-3x8-12
bent over row-3x8-12
pull ups-2x8-12
barbell shrug-2x8-12
barbell curl-2x8-12

friday-legs
squat-3x8-12(or 1x20)
stiff leg deadlift-3x8-12
calf raise-2x8-12
weighted crunches-2x8-12

is this goal realistic along with a good diet and 6-10 hours of sleep each night?

hey cackerot or should i call you goku? anyways along with you routine make sure to eat enough protein, about 1.5 times your body weight, along with lots of carbs after training to replenish your glucose levels, and minimal quality fats. take glutamine too, it will help with your recovery. don't over train, and good luck.

It might, it might not. You will gain fat along w/ that muscle. Use some supplements like Glutamine, Weight Gainers, and possibly creatine. I would reccomend that you take a amino acid supplement such as Twinlab's Amino Fuel 2000. After you have gained about 20 lbs then start to do a lot of cardio, or along the way you can do cardio for about 30 min on off days, but that will slow weight gain
