i know you have all heard this question a thousand times but i really need help with my chest as it is lagging badly!! now do i add an extra chest workout each week or do i do something different? some honest opinions would help,cheers

I am not sure adding another day is your answer. As you said, do something different is probably the key. However you are doing your chest workout now, try mixing the order in which you do the exercises in. Also try different, or new, exercises for the chest. Try dumb-bells instead of bar bells. The key is mixing it up as much as possable to keep the muscles from getting use to what you are doing.

littlebiggy give me your current chest workout and i will fine tune it for you. But the best advice would be to switch up exercise order number of reps and tempo.

I couldn't agree with you guys more! Variety is the key to growth. Change your chest routine around frequently and you might even want to work your chest with a different muscle group. Either way, poast your chest routine and we'll hook you up.
