HI, I weight 120lbs and i'm 5'8 but for some reason my abs don't really show, I do for abs:
hip elevation - 3 sets - 15 reps
oblique twist - 2 sets - 15 reps
ab crunch - 3 sets - 15 reps
i'm doing it every day, is that o.k.?
how long do u think it will take until I'll
have a six pack?

first of all, if you expect getting a six pack JUST from doing crunches you are about to get some bad news.

how often must it be said that in order to get a sixpack u need to keep a strict diet, and do your cardio...i assume you a are guy. and with your stats you are skinny. so in stead of worrying about your abs you might want to start putting on some mass. u need muscles to have a sixpack u know...

im guessing like all people who dont think about theyre diet you arent getting enough protein. get 1,5-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight per day. split it into 5-7 meals. thats the most important factor. carbs you want to get from things like oatmeal, pasta, vegetabls and fruit.
