I have tried NOT to focus on arm gains. I have just stuck with the basics (squat, bench, deadlift, military press andpush press with some pulls ups, calf work and neck work). I have gained size and strength. But after reading of the one day arm cure I WANT some bigger arms. What do you guys REALLY recommend for some arm growth. Will the basics do it or should I be supplementing some press downs, bicep curls, lateral deltoid flyes etc?

Try doing some simple heavy barebell curls once a week. This will put mass on your arms.

I do 3 workouts with weights a week.
1:
sit ups
bench - warm ups, 3 work sets of 3-6
push press or military presses -3 work sets

2:
two sets of pull ups (15-25 reps)
deadlifts: straight leg or bent - warm up, 3 work sets
T bar rows : 3 work sets

3:
Sit ups
Squats - warm ups, 3 or 4 work sets
leg curls - 2 work sets
calf raises

I try to go up in weight or reps each work out

Yes I am juicing. MD prescribed. For about 10 weeks now. Have put on about 12 LBS of muscle. Have added about 75 LBS to my best single bench (best single is 295 X 1, other best bench is 265 X 4). My best squat is 315 X 14.

I am trying to follow mostly Stuart McRoberts principles as outlined in the book BRAWn or the magazine HARDGAINER, being : basics, 'bbreviated and best. If I am getting stronger and bigger that is all I care about.

What books to you consider the best? Most I have ever seen such as those by Joe Weider I think are crap. Too much isolation junk. I tried those sort of programs (like 45 sets per workout) and got nowhere. I have cut my strength training programs way down as you can see, and have made better progress - of course juice helped me with getting shortcuts. Which books do you recommend?

No offence taken. I am hard to intimidate and hard to offend.

Well, the books i suggest are Arnolds encylopedia, and Dorians "Blood & Guts" there you have to completely different ways to train, and if you use little bit from both you will get a kick ass program.
