I am 16 years old and I have put about 3 or 4 lbs of weight since starting about 1/2 a year ago but I want to know what should I do to get larger on my delts. I kinda lag in working them because I honestly don't know how to train them very well.

Do one pressing exercise (military press probably rather than behind neck since you are still a novice), then do raises (front, lateral and bentover).

You should do about 10 sets of 8-12 reps.

DO something like this.

Standing overhead presses x 3

Dumbell presses x 3

side laterals x3

If you want to pack on size do no more than 10 sets total most your heavy delt work is being done when you do pressing exercises for chest. So you don't want to be counter productive and overtrain. Need any more specifics please ask.
