Anyone have this excercise bike that can tell me what the results from the "Fit Test" mean? Can't find my owners manual and just started using the equipment again. I'm assuming the higher the result the better. But I hate to assume. : ) Thanks in advance, -Pat ------------------ IP: Logged |
