how does this look guys

tuesday-chest, tris, abs, cardio
wednesday-bi's, forearmes, calves
thursday-shoulders, traps, abs, cardio
friday-rest
saturday-legs, abs
sunday-back
monday-rest

i am open for any advice, suggestions, or criticism. i needed something new so i drew this one up. any help would be appreciated.

ok i got a couple of suggestions man.
i would move the cardio and ab training to your rest day, so your split would look like this:


tuesday-chest, tris
wednesday-bi's, forearmes, calves
thursday-shoulders, traps
friday- cardio, abs
saturday-legs
sunday-back
monday-cardio, abs
