Here is one that requires the use of a swiss ball.Take the swiss ball and place it in front of your head against a wall and press your head into it.Best done standing in a doorway and you can do the side and back of the neck as well.Try it! IP: Logged |

If youre lucky enough to have a 4 way neck machine at the gym,then use it. Theyre greeeaat. Or buy a head harness that you strap weights to. They work well also. I,too, want that football looking neck. IP: Logged |

Shrugs, partial cleans or upright rows. But be careful - your neck has loads of little muscles that can easily be damaged (especially with a neck sling). IP: Logged |

Neck bridges are an excellent movement for an impressive stem. Once a week like any other muscle but use your hands to guide the movement. Neck is a very easy mucle to injure. IP: Logged |
