anybody see the new workout in musclemag, the power matrix? i read a little bit on it when i was flipping through the new musclemag in the store (i would never pay for that mag) and i was interested in what u guys thought of it.

Quad i did not catch that but you have excellent training ethics! So far you and about 4 other people really have a firm grasp on the rules of the irongame keep up the good work!

Quad- im trying that routine out actually b/c my bench hasnt budged in months and so far, after the first 3 weeks, it actually feels like im a bit stronger. The real test will be when i max out- ill let u know if it was worth it or not. Another thing- my chest was quite sore after each workout, more so than usual so its probably not that bad.
