I've been working out for some time now and made some good gains , but only my butt is still pretty fat. I lost lots of fat but not there !
any suggestions ? special exercises ?

Squats may help you with definition but you can't spot reduce fat. Just keep going at it and it will come off.

Exactly. Fat follows this First-On Last-Off cycle. The only thing you can do is to keep up the Cardio. It will go, but it will most likely be the most stubborn. Just like crunches will not get rid of the stomach FAT, there is nothing you can do to specifically remove fat from one spot, short of Lipo that is .
