It seems that every time that I train chest I get terrible charlie horses in my chest the rest of the day. I can't shake someone's hand or turn my steering wheel without getting one. I've tried almost everything and nothing helps. Has anyone ever had any problems with this and if so do you have any advice. Thanks.

Had the same problem, Couldn't even wipe my ass without catching one on a good day. Increase your intake of zinc, magnesium and water. Also stretch more after your workout, It may help some.

I agree with stretching as a part of your routine. Also try some additional potassium and magnesium supplimentation. If your salt intake is very low, and you sweat a lot, you may want to increase your salt intake a little. Also keep drinking plenty of fluids each day.
