I beleive it's called "Big Beyond Belief". Its a $50 book I think. I did it with a friend of mine when I was in college. Its a totally different program than normal body builders are used to. I would reccommend you try it but don't expect any crazy results. There's not much rest time between sets, sometimes as low as 30 seconds. you can search it on the web or maybe amazon.com. I don't think its worth the money they want for the book.

I have this book and it's called "Big Beyond Belief". Tom Platz wrote it. I bought it a few years ago and a lot of it is based on the bulgarians and their training methods. The workouts are pretty unusual and it does revolve around rest times between sets a lot. The workouts are good and designed to shock the body. I've had good results with this and throw it in every once in awhile. Aside from the workout programs my favorite part is the reading about how the body works and reacts to different things. I was happy with my purchase so i'd recommend it. Another big thing about this book is breaking plateaus. If you are just beginning working out then this book maybe a little advanced. If you've been lifting for awhile and have a good foundation or have plateaued then check it out.
