hi

i want a training prog while on cycle,i do body part two time a week but i dont know does it work or not any help with training prog?

Odds are ODDMAN if you hit any body part more than once a week it is possible to overtrain it. Can you give us an example of your current program. PS. Welcome to the board!

my trining split is :

day1 chest,bie 4set chest,3 set bie
day2 leg,back 4set leg,4 set back

day3 sholder,tri/trap
day4 rrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeesssssssttttttttt

day5 same as day 1
day6 same as day 2

day7 rrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeesssssssssttttttttt

i did one muscle one time a week but i felt my muscle shrinking so i stick to this split,i will appreciate ur help in giving me a training split as well as the excercise.thank u in advance
