Hi, I'm new to this board, and I have a question. I'm not a beginner in weight training and my gains are not so bad. But I have thin bones, my wrist is only 6 1/2 inches, will I be able to get huge without using steroids ?
(Sorry if my english is bad, i'm from Brazil)

Anabolic steroids increase muscle mass. Heavy compressing weight increases bone density.

Flex Wheeler is also known as having a smaller bone structure. This is what supposidly gives him that more classic well balanced bb look. I would not call him small by any means!!
