Need more info guy.... what do u do for tris right now? The best tri exercise in my opinion is close grip bench on a decline bench. Nothing hits the tris like this one in my opinion. Parellel dips are good too.

You've got to do different exerecises to hit all three heads of the tri's. I change my tri workout quite frequently as I tend to get bored with the same exercises. However, they always involve a extension exercise and a push down. I am currently doing - Skull crushers (2); Pushdowns (2); Single arm reverse pushdowns (2); close grip bench (1 set very heavy).

the only thing on earth that will make my tris sore the next day are skullcrushers...the dilemma now is that i hurt my tendons trying to do them with a shitload of weight(135 pounds), on a straight bar...so the only route for me is by pre exhaustion...i do my bench routine, which includes lock outs and close grips, then do 6 sets of military press, then i start on the skullcrushers, after 7 sets of bench and 6 sets of military, i can only do sets of 10 with 100, so its easy on my tendons and burns my tris, after that i superset shoulder work with cable pressdowns, then to top it off i do 3 sets of dips, i would recommend doing this just to avoid tendon damage...

I have invented a good movement for lagging tris.

Ballistic Tricep extentions:

-Go to pulldown bar.
-grab pulldown bar little less than shoulder width apart.
-get in a slight croutch:
-NOTE put the weight at 50lbs heavier than normal.
-start with your humorous perpendicular to your body.
-explode the weight down.
-return to the start position.
-do this until you cannot do another.
-once at that point, cheat with the body. the whole point is to get the weight locked out anyway possible.
-you do not want to start your first rep this way...only your last two.

If you want, you can super set it with rope pressdowns no more than 8 on the ropes.

This should give you a hell of a pump.

Also, I went up 50lbs in my regular pressdowns. Try this every other tri workout. I promise great results.
