hello everybody, i'm new to this forum. i hope you guys can give me some helpful advice. i've been working out for quite some time now and my chest is starting to develop. the only thing is that it looks horrible. it doesn't have the size and symmetry that i want. my question is, can i do something about it or am i just stuck with a bad chest. ie, the lower and outer portion of my chest is not develop at all but my inner chest looks pretty good. any advice out there would be appreciated.

what excercises have you been doing?
try doing incline and decline bench. a wider grip could help it out, too. that might help the lower and upper parts of your pecs.
