I only have a set of dumbells(dont laugh but also a SOLOFLEX) Is there anyway I can get a full body workout with only using dumbells? Routines would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. This is my first post here

You can definitely get a great workout from just dumbells. I highly recommend getting a set of power blocks, their expensive but worth every penny.
Chest-Flat and inclined presses and fly's.
Back-One arm rows, bent over rows.
Arms-Curls (all types), kick backs, extensions.
Shoulders- Overhead presses, lateral raises, front raises, bent-over raises.
Legs-Squats,lunges, dead-lifts.
Thats just some of the things you can do, be creative, good luck!

So, you have dumbbells AND a Soloflex? Either way, you CAN get a great workout! Here's a list of exercises that you can do, one right after another without rest, in a circuit. Do the circuit once, and it won't feel like much at all. Do it 3 times, and you'll wish you were dead. Not much for size, but killer for conditioning and fat loss -- much better than aerobics!

Stiff-knee deadlifts
Bent-knee deadlifts
Lunges (dynamic and/or static)
Toe raises
Jackknife crunches
Side bends
Good mornings
One-armed bent-over rows
Bench flyes (flat, incline, decline)
Bench presses (flat, incline, decline)
Military press (overharnd, underhand, normal grips)
Lateral raise
Shrugs
Upright rows
Tricep kick-backs
Bicep overhand curls
Forearm underhand curls
Bicep/tricep/forearm hammer curls
