Guys,

I usualy don't do a lot of leg training.

I always hear that it wil also help your upper body to grow. Is this true. How much should i train my legs per week.

Mike

Hell yea train legs! They put on a lot of mass everywhere on you, obviously on the legs the most. It'll definitaly make you stronger overall too. Once a week is enough for legs, stick to the basics, especially squats more than anything else. Deadlifts are great too but they cover more than just legs. Give it a try and keep at it for a while, you will notice the difference.

good program to start legs with is 3 warmup sets of squats, followed by 4 working sets of 8-12 reps. then leg press, no warmup, 3 working sets for 10-15 reps. and lastly leg curls 2 warmups, and 5 working sets of 8-12 reps. this is a good beginners routine for someone that hasnt done legs. enjoy the pain

Train your legs man train em' hard. Unless of course you want a decent upper body but are embarrassed to wear shorts cause you got toothpick legs!
SQUAT, SQUAT, SQUAT, ASS TO THE GROUND!!!
