Hi, I'm 10 stone and very tall. I am slim and work out EVERYDAY for about 30 minutes. I walk a lot and every day before I go to bed I do 150 stomach crunches with my ab builder. I dont take supplements or steroids. How long will it take for me to build up a six pack and are there any other ways of getting it quicker. PLEASE HELP!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Why do you want a six pack, I s the six pack all you want? What are your goals in training, what do you want to achieve out of youe 30 minute work out and 150 crunches. Give us more information and maybe we will be able to help you out of your desperate state. P.S. You will not get a six pack if you overtrain. IP: Logged |

POW is correct. overdoing it on crunches will get you nowhere. tell us what ur training style is, and we can help u out. also, abs arent just about training and cardio, DIET is the make or break aspect for a six pack IP: Logged |

Getting big is 70% diet, 20% rest and 10% training. If you are walking to work and back everyday you are burning calories. You need to increase to food intake. try eating six meals per day at regular intervals (3 meals and 3 protein supplements). Ratio of 2:1 carbs to protein (1g of protein per llb of bodyweight). As for abs - you should only train your abs as often as you would train any other muscle (once or twice per week max). And even then, 150 crunches in too much - you'll damage your lower back. I'd do 3 x 12 crunches and 3 x 12 reverse crunches, twice per week. To get big you have to eat, eat, eat! IP: Logged |
