im 17 and every one says that i have no shoulders, What can i do to get some shoulder mass, thanks for your help

If you're already doing bench presses, then you don't need much volume. Try this.

Standing Barbell Front Press 2 x 6-10
Dumbbell Side Lateral 2 x 10-12
Dumbbell Bent Lateral 2 x 10-12
Barbell Upright Row 2 x 6-10

bshbk, take a look at my shoulder routine,
its a reply under the post"best bodypart" trust me its simple, and it will work.

My fav shoulder routine is:

Seated dumbbell presses: 3 sets 12,8,6 reps
Seated dumbbell side raises: 3 sets 12,8,6 reps
bent over dumbbell raises: 3 sets 12,8,6 reps
Shrugs: 3 sets 12,8,6 reps

PowerClean and Press 5 x 12-10-8-6-6
Side raise 2-5 X 6-10
Upright Rows 3 X 10-6-4
Push-Press 3 X 10-6-4

Its a non whimpy routine. If you want flyes and shit fine. Look like a model. If you want barn door size go with this! Nothing but hardcore!
Watch your traps and delts explode!
I per fer 2 hard sets for flyes but its up too you. If you give it all you got do 2. If you were a whimp do 5.
