Bread+butter my friend bench press, incline, decline alt the incline and decline with your work outs.dumbell flys to strech the chest east to west and pull overs to take care of north and south.
If you still have problems try shocking your chest alt excercises, use insane weight, with a good spotter of course.safety and injury prevention is a must.
dont over train either dont be afraid to rest.ps Make sure to bomb the legs and watch that chest grow Good luck

Like Hard-core said just use really big weight. Remember eating like a mad man is important and personnaly I spend 60% of my chest workout on incline whatever, and I go: one session dumbells one session barbells and it works. Food Food Food and huge weights. Good luck

DO NOT OVERTRAIN

You will feel sore if you overtrain
Use heavy weight but keep the reps low, 2-3 and as Hard-Core says have a good spoter with you. Be carefull if you do heavy squats after the cest as you will feel tied and may loose form.
Eat like a pig, but keep it nutricious.

Try to switch from Barbell to Dumbells every 6 weeks. This will keep you muscle growing and confused. You may experience some loss in strength in Barbell presses when you swith to dumbells and vice versa, but its the size of you chest that counts, not the strength. The raw power will come with time.

in my opinion, stay away from declines. your lower pecs are rarely underdeveloped, so stick to starting your chest workout with a solid incline pressing movement, followed by a incline flye movement. then, go onto flat bench barbell press, which you'll be able to attack with a sore chest and fresh triceps, so your chest will give out first. finish up with some pec deck flyes or cable crossovers.

POW, you will feel sore if you have trained the muscle group hard. It has nothing to do with overtraining. Just give the muscle groups a couple days rest between workouts and you will be fine.
