Ok dude here is your answer::: to work out your lower abs you gotta focus on an exercise that brings your legs up to your torso the best I've found works for me is "Hanging Leg Raises" but notice I said leg raises NOT knee raises, keep your legs straight and raise the up as far as you can, in a controled motion then pause for a second at the moment of most highest contraction then bring them back down slowly, and do about 3-4 sets of 15 or more, every other day, the reason for this this motion and this many reps this often is because:::: you wanna make your abs tight but keep them small unlike the rest of your muscles you are looking for definition and hardness NOT mass and size, I've seen some guys who use those ab machines with a shitload of weight and bust out like 8 reps well those guys will develop a nice cut MONKEY BELLY(some of them already have!!!!!) it's some funny looking shit, it's like a pot belly and a six pack all in one and it makes them like like one of those gorrilas on the Discovery Channel. HOPE IT HELPS!!!!! IP: Logged |

Try simple reverse crunches/hip-ups. Plus nothing brings out good lower abs like diet and cardio. IP: Logged |
