Hi,

Anyone got any other fantastic exercises for building shoulder width? I've been doing all the basics - lateral raises, shoulder presses and arnold presses but don't seem to be seeing results. Any weird and wonderful variations that work?????

PowerClean and Press. Build your whole shoulder girdle. Side raises are okay but why use an exercise that you cn use say 40lbs with when you can rack up 200lbs and really use power to build them up?

you want to put on mass on your shoulders, do behind the neck presses. some people say its bad for you but i think those are the people that have weak shoulders and can't take the strain.
