How do your guys' test cycles go? Do you lose a lot of your gains or do you seem to be permanent? do you just use the standard gear to keep the gains? Give some examples of gains made and gains lost. Thanks.

Hey Bro, I have kept most of my gains, but I think I attribute that more to nutrition and training hard than anything. Went form 175 to 190 on really conservative test and deca cycle. I have been clean since Nov. and body weight flectuates between 185 and 190, but I miss being fucking pumped all the time !!!

I went on a test deca cycle that finished new years one year ago. You will loose your size and the pump that you feel all day but if you continue to work out hard and come down with a ECA stack and try using nor diol-19 before you workout it keeps you a little pumped. Keep doing high intensity cardio every other day and keep trim you will look just as good just not quite as huge....then do it again after about a 4-5 month break then you can cut your cycles a little closer
