Ok,now I'm confused,so to some deca/primo is not a good first cycle, thank you for your advice,it is VERY much appreciated.I'll tell you why I had decided on the deca/primo stack.Like I said before,I'm not a bodybuilder,I just want to do a cycle that will give me some solid gains to impress the ladies without people thinking that I'm juicing.I'll give you some info on my training history, and maybe you guys can email me or reply with a suggestion.I'm 32,been lifting for 4 years, and have made some good natural gains.I've learned alot about nutrition and supplemention in the past 4 years,so my diet will be very clean, with proper protein intake.I want to gain aabout 15lbs of quality muscle that hopefully I can keep,I DON'T WANT TO CRASH.Eating properly, resting properly, training properly, all will not be a problem before, during and after the cycle.
It's already a way of life,I'm sure you guys know what I mean. Thanks,I look forward to your replies.

P.S.I drive a 1999 FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide.29,000$ Canadian.....that one hurt.

fifteen lbs of muscle is a lot- most of these guys when they are posting include water and fat gain in the weghts that you are seeing. I mean it all depends on how big your frame is and what your natural weight is. for example if your are 6'4 240 15lbs is a lot easier to come by than if you are 5'9 190- this is just to show that the larger your frame the more muscle that it can naturaly hold- though there are exceptions. I think that for 15 pounds of muscle 500mg of sust- 10-12 weeks- is a good place to start- if you eat clean and keep your sodium levels in check you wont hold to much water. clomid will also help with water retention, gyno, and test production. if hair loss is a concern use nizoral shampoo and propecia- easy to get a script for. doing cardio will also help with water retention- if you are really worried maybe you should start with 250mg of test for 1 8week cycle and then if the gains are not enough weight about 2 months and go for it again.
