What would you stack with Dbol for a 1st timer? I have been working out for about 2years I am 5'9" and I weigh 225 with about 16% bf....... I want to bulk up for about the next 3 months and then do a cutting phase.....Any suggestions? ------------------ IP: Logged |

use sustanon at 500mg per week for about 8 weeks with no taper in dosage. Use the dbol for the first 5 weeks of the cycle at 30-40mg per day in 3 divided doses. You get a kick at the beginning with the d then the sust kicks in. This is actually my favorite combo. You will get some good size with proper training and enough nutrition to support growth. kpumpin IP: Logged |

use some deca too...sust is great...hit clomid and proviron for post and i suggest having about 20 nolvadex on hand... IP: Logged |

also dude...if your 16%...you might wanna add in eq instead of deca and some winny...take some dnp in post cycle IP: Logged |
