5000-6000 calories and over 300 grams of protein is a lot. what do you guys eat during a bulking cycle?

When bulking i eat any meat that is appetizing at the time cause all protein gets old fast to me when eating a bunch. I eat yams, buckwheat pancakes, wheat bread, cheese, milk(whole or low fat), flax oil, safflower oil, some rice. An occassional day with pizza and other high calorie foods but always make sure to get high protein. 5000-6000 calories is alot though, and probably too much for many people even on gear. I dont use shakes or weight gainers and i have a fast metabolism. I have eaten that much before and it is an all day job and involves most of your eating when you arent even hungry.

This is just a matter of personal opinion, but I pretty much eat the opposite of what most guys do. I eat mostly veggies , and get a lot of my protein from shakes. The reason is, no matter how much rice I eat, I can always eat again in an hour. I can eat and eat. I don't eat a lot of fat or meat. If I have gotten enough to eat during the day, then I will eat the good stuff, pizza, whoppers, KFC and candy, mmmmm candy.

I'm an Ecto/Meso, when I'm on I try to stick to a 4000 cal/day diet with 1.2 grams per lbw - 25% Pro, 60%carbs, 15% fat. Although when I'm hungery I'll eat anything, fast food, etc. If I need cals then I'll increase fat (not too much) and if I feel slugish, I'll increase carbs (carbo force drink)

I personally have a hard time gaining weight and have no trouble loosing it. I'm 6'3" 210, 13% bodyfat.

I think that about sums it up... Oh, this summer (like every summer) I'll be down to 9% bodyfat.
