I know a lot of guys inject Ref into empty gelcaps, but the gelcaps have to be refrigerated or taken within a few hours to avoid being melted by the Ref. I read somewhere where a guy said he injected Ref into a different type of empty capluse or gelcap, or something, that didn't get melted from the Ref. Anyone have any info on what they may have been or where I can find them (i.e. health food store, etc.) Thanks. IP: Logged |

just drink it.. be a man... do it do it.. yummy. ive never seen a cap that can hold a liquid without dissolving it. thats what capsules do, they dissolve when touching liquid... as far as "gel caps" gel caps are the ones that are squishy, like vitamin e caps... and i have never seen them for sale. but, you could squeeze out the E in a 1000iu cap and fill that, but is it really worth it? you get used to the taste somewhat in a week or so... use coke, its the best thing ive found for masking the taste. You can get away with injecting four gelcaps (for two days -- two gelcaps per day). The Reforvit will make them much softer but will hold its contents for about two days. I refuse to drink Reforvit because I have not had any problems with gelcaps, but that is just me. I do not know of any other capsule that would work any better, sorry. DreamingBig IP: Logged |

DreamingBig.....Do you have to refrigerate those gelcaps during those two days, or do they last that long at room temp? I would drink the ref, but with my schedule it's nearly impossible. I have no choice but to go with the gelcaps. IP: Logged |
