Guess it pays to read the whole page before answering posts. Stick with Animal's
clomid/test advice. Could also consider cyclofenil if you cant get clomid. It will
elevate test but you dont get any anti-estrogen benefit like with clomid. Could also
try the Androstene nasal, sublingual or injection for higher test levels. I have never
gotten that great a result with clen, but some of the guys here love it. The jury is
still out on tribulis tribestan I am still hot on the trail of the original studies
referred to in my exchange with PA below. It will supposedly also raise your test
levels. The clomid, cyclofenil, tribestan? will not screw up your test ratios and
androstene will only if administered within approximately 4 hours of the test.

I have heard that you can elevate your Natural GH with l-dopa, Hydergine or piracetam
but I have never tried them. I dont believe any of the natural "GH releasers" really
work so dont get suckered.

On the natural side- please remember that most supplements are pure rippoff bullshit
products that only take your money and that most supplement scammers will fry in a
special spot in hell......

Now having said that, here is what I would recommend:

Creatine- In spite of the purse jokes around here, I put on 15 pounds of lean mass and
increased my squat from 365 for 6-8 to 455 for 6-8 over a 2 month period. I take with
grape juice in AM, 45 mins before workout and with my post workout recovery shake. The
purse joke refers to how often you have to take it. Buy a Kilo from a reputable company
that has a rep to uphold- not a fly-by-nite no name operation. Dont buy EAS cuz we're all
pissed at 'um.

There is some research that vit "C" 3000-5000 per day, cytadren (oops this is a drug),
and phosphatidyl serine will inhibit the exercise induced cortisol spike- some combo
may be slightly helpful for an edge but not like real drugs. John Natural also said
a product called "nsaid" will help with this.

CAE stack- Definitely will help strength, energy and is slightly anti-catabolic. Will
also burn fat. Take saw palmetto/pygeum/zinc if prostate irritation occurrs. If you are
already a coffee drinker and somewhat immune to coffee try adding canned grapefruit
juice and green tea to the stack. Canned juice has more narinjinins (sp?)Is ephedrine
banned/tested?

Eat high protein- try whey for the extra glutamine although soy may have some anti-
estrogen properties.

Train HIT/Heavy Duty emphasize recovery if you're not a steroid cycle (You guys on roids
that train everyday are scratchin yer heads at this I know)
