I would like to commend all you females here. It's soo impressive that you all workout and actually care how you look like. This is a far cry from how most females are, which is.. let me eat like a pig.. and do som cardio and I will lose weight and look nice.. hehe. suffice to say it doesn't quite work that way. You ladys here have a lot of motivation, and you all are great. For those here that are very concerned as to how they want to look a certain way, well just know that you look a whole lot different then the average female.. and that should make you very happy.. I love you all and may all your dreams come true...and may you be happy always :-)     | ||

Thanks! It is amazing how we all take care of ourselves. It is also nice to know people that are in to the same thing! I have so many friends that don't even have a clue as to what all I go through(eating,training, etc). So much hard work but yet we look so greaT!!! | ||

I agree with ok women who train hard, and go through all the hard work of diet are rare. We need more women like you in the world cause you understand us guys who take care of themselves and train hard. Godd luck to all of you |
