Hi,I am very new at this! So bear with me. I am 23 years old and I have only been lifting seriously for 7 months. I am 5'10 146. I used to be tiny!! I obviously have a ways to go!! I have a great interest in bodybuilding. I am trying to put on some major mass. I eventually would like to compete. Right now I am training heavily with a trainer who has trained many bodybuilders and has great experience. Any advice would be great. I was interested in Primo and Winstrol. I have heard some great results!

My first bit of advice for major mass is train heavy, focusing on compound movements- squat, bench press, & deadlift---those being your primary movements- keep your calories up----get 2 gms protein per pound of bodyweight.....I have had awesome results with winny.....if you want the details I will give you the specifics-----I wouldnt jump to the gear right away though, stick around & learn.....
