Hey ladies!I'm new here...tnheygirl told me that I needed to get my butt in here...just preparing myself to go on my first cycle. First off, little about myself: 5ft6in, 140lbs. I'm not a bodybuilder, but I race in triathalons...getting ready for one in September.
Well, after much debate, and changing my mind about 30 times, I have decided on a cycle of primo starting out at 50 mg/week and going up to 100 mg/week(if I think I can handle it)for 5 weeks, along with clen for 6 weeks(2 on/2 off).
I train my butt off every day, in fact I just got in from a 45 mile ride and I feel like rubber. I also swim laps 3-5 times a week and run sprints at the track...I have to be well prepared in each field.
Well, my goals are to lose about 10 lbs of fat that just seems to be stuck on me and add some good muscle. I think the primo will do the job for me.
Well, just wanted to say "hi" and I will definitely have some questions for everyone once I get on my cycle...

Yup...45 miles is pretty standard..I like to pull in about 200 or so a week, if I can. Training takes up a lot of my time...plus work...plus my boy....anyone know how to make the days longer??
And yes, September 15th to be exact...I have to work my ass off here, its just a little tri, no IronMan competition..but I have been out of the scene for 3 years..this is my big comeback (I hope).
