Ephedrine makes me more aggressive at times and other times it makes me plain moody. I will say that Yohimbe does seem to have an effect on the male as well as the female sex drive. It did with me at least. I would advise you, of course, to not give her anything that she does not have a full understanding of. Different supplements affect people in different ways, so please keep that in mind.

I found that it does not make a change in sex drive or desire, howevewr an adverse effect is that it does increase moodiness, and mood swings...

I've found a definite increase in my sex drive and slight moodiness. I have to agree with Mrs TG, I've noticed an increase in aggressiveness too.

All the suppliments that contain ephedrine (ephedra, Ma Huang) are cns stimulants. That means expect energy, excitability, moodiness, aggression, etc. All these responses are normal whenever central nervous stimulants are used. Because individual chemistry varies so will your specific response. It is important for me to remember these things due to the fact that I am energetic and excitable without supplimentation. I often have to resort to deep breathing and meditation to remain calm. St Johns wort and kava kava have been helpful without negating the fat loss effects of ephedrine. Just my .02

I'd have to say that it reduces my sex drive if for no other reason than running in hyperdrive simulates increased stress levels. Yohimbe seemed to help a little, but then I started getting severe headaches during heavy cardio (ie, my hockey games). I suspect a sharp increase in BP, which is naturally low. What's the matter with good old fashioned romance to increase your partners sex drive? Flowers, dinner, etc. etc. etc.
