I am a cheerleader, dancer and gymnast. I am 5" and just under 100 lbs. I want to tone my inner thighs and build more muscle. Should I drink protein shakes before bed?? ...take any protein supps? I would not mind gaining 5 lbs or so in muscle weigh, but I do not want to look bulky. what should i do?

A good quality protein supplement is always a good choice. The key words being GOOD QUALITY. Most all of the national brands put way to much maltrodextrin (sp?) or just plain sugar in them and this is what will get you into trouble. Go to the Protein Factory on the web and check out there stuff.
