I desperately need to loss weight for the summer. I was doing so well, until I got sick and stopped going to the gym for alomst 2 months, I started binging and eating lots of carbds. I'm so upset, I tried so hard & now it's all over!! My boyfriend is really into fitness & we both work out @ the gym, he used to use steriods...I want to also. I've tried soooooo many different weight loss drugs. I want to loss about 40lbs to be 100. Has anyone ever tried Hexalon?? I heard it can kill you, but you loss a lot of weight from it. What can I take??

I have heard of hexalon, but its somthing I would not mess with. I heard it's very dangerous. My advice to you
would be lay off the carbs, do lots of cardio, and look into hydroxycut, it will speed up your metabolism,but i'm sure you know that you are what you eat,so with a good diet and using hydroxycut togethr you should get results, but do the cardio also.

I used to do a lot of cardio, usually I'm at the gym for around 4-5 hours a day, 5 or 6 (possibly 7) days a week.Right now I'm taking Prolab's Metabolic Thyrolean, Twinlab's Diet Fuel, and Xenadrine (on occasion). My normal diet (before all the carbs) consists of mainly egg whites, jello and some veggies. If I feel fat I fast. Bikini season's coming way to soon!! I really wanna look good this year b/c my boyfriend is soooo cut!! I don't look bad, I could just be 10x better, you know??
Any other tricks/advice? Has anyone ever tried the products I'm on now? Do they work?

Hey danni, I haven't used all the products you mentioned, exept for the diet fuel,alsoripped fuel works well also.I would still look into the hydroxycut though, I,ve heard alot about
it. All the results I've gotton is just
from hard work and avoiding alot of carbs
Don't over train either that could hurt you more than help you.I'm 5'7 128 lbs
but it'smore muscle than fat. muscle weighs twice as much as fat. I just started on anavar, which hardens up muscle and makes you stronger,I've only been on it for a few days now, Ill keep you posted. If you only have like 10 lbs
to loseI would just eat more protein,less
carbs and do cardio at least 4-5 days a
week, either at the gym or biking and try
the fat burner I mentioned but the most
important thing is to watch the carbs.you
should be fine by summer. I dance part time, so I know what it's like to wear a
bikini allthe time!!!!

Are you really in the gym 4 to 5 hours a day?!?! If you are then it is WAYYYY to much. And Sexpot has hit it on the head - you wasting your muscle. You should be building it to help keep your appearance looking good. Muscle requires some 10x more calories to sustain itself - that means even when you watching TV, muscle is burning one hell of a lot more calories. It is money in the bank. You will never get to where you want by cardio and diet loss pills unless you start lifting. And then only a max of four times per week. And don't do them light weight, 100 reps sets either! LIFT LIKE YOUR GUY. Heavy (adjusted for you of course) weights for lower reps. Get off the scale cause it will not matter and start looking at your BF% - it gives you a much truer representation.

Hey Danni, war lobo is right, do your cardio like I told you but I forgot to mention like lobo did you have to lift to and lift heavy not like your man but
heavy and do the cardio ,watch the diet you should be fine by summer.
