I've been workin out for a yr now and I can't seem to shed the fat. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can do this? I am open to any suggestions. If you have an anwer email me at [email protected]

Have you had a BF analysis? When your looking at a scale your not going to see much change if you just started lifting within the last year. Muscle weighs more than fat, so any fat you loose is often over shadowed by muscle gains.

Additional fat lose is all a matter of diet and cardio.
