I have been lifting weights religiously for about a month now. I have been making slow progress but would like to have that extra edge. I know nothing about women on steroids. I would like info on roids with out major side effects. An example of the body that I want to achieve would be almost everyone that you can find in Oxygen. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have searched long and hard and have found nothing about safe roids for women on the net. Please get back to me with any helpful info. Thanks. Amy

Two good books that I know of: World Anabolic Review by P. Grunding/ M. Bachmann,
Physical Enhancement with an Edge by S. L. Hominuk.

Steroids considered "safe" for women: Primobolan Depot, Primobolan Tabs, Winstrol Depot, Winstrol Tabs, and Oxandrolone (considered very safe).

One month is in no way long enough for you to start using. PERIOD. Your ligaments, tendons, and joints are not ready. Your mental being is not ready. You do not have the training knowlege.

You also short cut any natural gains - which are damn easy to come by at your stage in lifting. Have you started using free weights yet? Can you squat or bench press with the 45lbs. Olympic bar? Do you know how to perform a stiff legged dead lift? Or even a regular dead lift without hurting your self?

Many have lifted for YEARS before needing to use. The least you can do is "religiously" dedicate yourself to ONE year of natural training. And that would only count if you use free weights. Machines have a place, but for over-all development, coordination and body symmetry, free weights are second to none.

What about your diet? How often do you eat? What is your Protein/Carb/Fat ratio? Vitamin and mineral supplementation... Water intake, training splits, cardio, sleep & recovery.

Sorry if I sound a bit harsh, but this stuff is not a game. You can go to jail and/or permanently hurt yourself. Taking roids is EASY, it is EVERYTHING ELSE that is hard. Until you can get these down pat, you will be subjecting your body to unnecessary risks.

Although winstrol may be considered safe for women, I know of several women that have experienced side-effects from using it. I would not recommend it seeing what it did to a couple of my friends.
