This is directed to one responder only, you know who you are. What makes you think I have only been lifting for two weeks? I have been lifting on and off for ten years! I have never really tried to burn excess fat until this last year, and found it very difficult and I am asking questions on this board, because the people seemed more knowledgable about the subject than some medical study that has been done on lab rats, that has then been applied to a national human audience. Thats neat for statistical numbers, but does shit for me.

Lets face it, I am at an age when without proper diet, my metabolism will slow down. I have also never considered AAS until now, and that is just because of a good friend suggested it would speed up the process. Also given the fact that I am genetically gifted to be able to get big and strong, he was like JESUS YOU COULD BE HUGE! I never took them because I never had a problem getting big. And as far as strength for a natural athlete, how many men at 200lbs can also hang an additional 200lbs and do 3 reps of dips? I could give a shit how strong I am anymore, I am not sixteen with a complex of being the strongest, because there is always someone bigger and tougher.

As far as diet is concerned, Peolpe like myself that grow very easily, also have a tendancy to get fat very easily. I Had a roommate once that was 170lbs and ripped, and had never lifted weights. We both envied each other. He wanted to be big like me, and I just wanted to be ripped.

Oh, and by the way! The rest of the people on this board have been fantastic, knowlegable, and have been more than helpful.
And from now on keep your comments away from my questions, I dont need your attitude to bring mine down.

Thanks again everyone else,

King Snake,
slither

I am 26, 139lbs female at 18% bf. I don't expect my metabolism to slow much until I am 30. It has actually sped up due to the increased muscle mass I carry after 2 years of serious bodybuilding. If you have lifted for 10 years you will also have lots of extra muscle which will be elevating you metabolism no end.

I also feel like I am 19, and do not wish to fall into any age traps!
