Well all, I'm "off" the wagon again (woo hoo)! Or is it "on" the wagon??? Hell, whatever it is, I've started. Just a few details fer yas: 500mg omna's/wk This will be my first time using the Loffler (sp?) and the Ttokkyo deca so we'll see how they do. I started on Wed and doing injections twice per week. So far I'm up 5 pounds - not a bad start I'm really going to try and focus on eating. Each cycle I get better and I want this one to be the best ever. I'll be doing some light cardio this time - which I don't much do, but I think I need to as I tend to put a bit TOO much fat on. Oh, and one other thing, doing 1/2cc of B12 on injection day as well. And like it so far... might kick it up to 1cc twice per week. ------------------ Lobo | ||

Sounds good Lobo, Haven't used the RF yet was trying to figure out how to use it in my next cycle or as a bridge. What do you think? I don't know if you used Abombs before but BEWARE THE STRENGTH all that water retention gives you power and size like nothing else real easy to over load and pull a tendon or tear a muscle. IG | ||

The RF is to much to use as a bridge (my opinion) And it will do great as a standalone, but to take the edge off I stacked it. Just got back from the gym! IT HAS KICKED IT! Holy mother. I'm In LOVE with Loeffler. And Yes IG, your words are well spoken. Infact, had to hold myself back a notch tonight as I KNEW it was not me doing them - if you know what I mean. However, I did bridge with anavar from my last cycle and had this style of cycle planned. Plenty of streching as well tonight (did legs) and a good warm up. I think I scared myself once as I was doing seven plates on the seated calf machine for reps - fifth set pyramiding up from 3 plates. I'm going for eight in two weeks! I would do it next week but F1 would send me napalm e-mail Ok... I GOT to wind down and get some sleep, DAMN if life ain't kick ass sometimes! ------------------ Lobo |
