Another interesting fact about myself: I am 52% water, the trainer said I should be 75%. Is this true, and if so what would cause me to be so low on h2o. I drink about a gallon of water a day, and I really think it impossible to drink much more. The problem is, the more water i drink, the less I eat.(I am full). Little help here. Oh, Under heavy training, I drink a half gallon while i am working out so I guess that equals 1.5 gallons per day.

Hehe. Your trainer IS an idiot. I just read one of your other posts, and now I'm thinking your lack of fat-loss may have something to do with following the advice of an idiot trainer. What else did this 'fitness genius' tell you to do? Maybe you should give us some details about your exact training and diet program (the one that's not working for you)? We might be able to help ya more than your current trainer.

I think your trainer has 75% of water in his head. |
